Past Litters
Radar and Scooter had their first litter on Christmas 2008. What a wonderful present. There were six puppies, 4 boys and 2 girls. Here are some of the pictures and letters from their new homes.
Updates from the new homes
Xena - letter dated 10/10/2009
Xena is curious about everything, and seems to change every day. The chicken treats have made her much more responsive to me. She really is doing amazingly well in the potty training department. Crate training is priceless. Makes things much less frustrating. Fortunately, I'm with her all day long so can pay close attention to her basic needs. Am missing my 8 hours of continuous sleep at night-but it is well worth the investment to have as few accidents as possible. Xena's paws get a little cold outside in this snow (we got 8" here yesterday and it was 0 degrees when I got up this morning)-so I take her out a lot for short periods of time. Happy Trails and Happy Tails,
Rex - letter dated 8/25/2009
Rex is about 14lbs now – I weighed him on a baggage scale at the airport as he has been traveling with me between Boise and San Francisco since early this summer. He fits perfectly in a soft kennel I got and just sleeps the whole flight at my feet. Here are a couple of photos. His best friend is my ex husbands black Lab, Taz. Rex copies just about everything Taz does – even to go so far as to try out swimming! He has turned into a great little retriever too. He has even picked up on rubbing against my legs for attention just like our cat does! He is truly a character!
Chief - letter dated 5/20/2009
Chief is fitting is so great with us. Major and Chief are so funny together. You can tell that they were meant to be brothers! The two of them keep me BUSY but they're so adorable. Chief is so great in the car too, which is so perfect because we LOVE to take the boys to all of the beautiful sights here and take them for walks. He loves to go with us Where Ever we go, he is always so curious and you can tell he Loves to be outdoors. We've already started to train him on his "manners." He's got down the sitting and laying down. He's working on all of the rest. He's pretty good at potty training, he still has his accidents but they're not very often. He's also become my little "Cuddle Bug." Chief loves to cuddle with me when ever he gets the chance. He's so sweet. I don't think we could have found a better fit for our little family!
